Now that you have learned looping, the next step is outside loops. This can be a little tricky because you are going to be so used to doing normal loops. However you will want to practice this because some of the two-handed tricks have the outside loops in them. With outside loops, instead of throwing inside like you were doing, the yo-yo is going to come on the outside of your wrist. The yo-yo is going to go around at the back of your hand. It's not going on the inside of the arm. Learning to do the outside loop well is going to be really helpful for the next step when you're learning inside to outside loops. If you want you can practice doing both. Do an inside loop, throw one outside and then do more insides. Just keep alternating the inside and outside loops. That will help you get the practices and motion down. |
