The forward pass is the pre cursor to looping tricks. The forward pass is basically just throwing, shooting it back out, and catching it. To do this, hold the yo-yo with your palm down instead of up. To start bring your arm down right next to your leg. This is actually going to be more of a swinging motion. Bring your arm down and swing it out. When the yo-yo hits all the way to the end of the string you actually swing it out, it reaches the end, you take your palm turn it over and the yo-yo will bounce right back to your hand. With practice, try throwing a little bit harder to get it to snap back like you want it to, you should be able to execute a good forward pass. |
