While holding the other persons ankles bring your legs straight up. The other person should push them straight down and then you are going to bring them back up. The other person can also push them to the sides and you can rotate your legs around in a circle. It's key to remember as you're doing these, not to let your feet touch the floor but to let them get low enough to the floor to engage your lower abs. |
