Now that you have your dome closed you will want to shape it into the form you want it to have.  There is air inside supporting it so you can push down without it collapsing.  While sometimes you will want a point it is good to know how to make a dome without a point as well.  A toad will happily use their dome home any way you would like to  shape it.   You will need to remember not to have the shoulder to squared so that it does not fall in when you fire it with the glaze.  While firing it will become very soft, almost molten and can easily fall in.  Now that you have the shape you want, you will need to torch your dome.
