Keywords are very important to every website and are added very easily. Simply to the Tools, HTML, Object, Head Tags then to Keywords. From here you will be prompted to enter the keywords you wish to associate with your site.
For this particular site I am going to enter tat, tattoos, t-shirts, art and urban wear. Be sure when entering a keyword phrase such as urban wear that you do not enter the space between the two words. You would enter “urbanwear” because if you enter the space the search engines will not recognize your keyword as being the same as the searched keywords. Also, be sure and enter a comma between each keyword so the search engines will recognize there are multiple keywords.
Basically, if someone has heard of a designer but does not know where to find them online and you have entered their brand as a keyword to your site, the viewer can simply search google or yahoo for their brand and your website will be found in the search. |
