When you sit down to make your New Year's resolutions list remember to put anything down that you would actually like to change. Anything, nothing is a rediculous idea. You will want to list things like stop smoking, drink less, etc. You don't need to necessarily give up drinking entirely, but if you are a binge drinker who goes out and has 5 or 6 cocktails at a time, maybe something you need to do is drink less. List things like lose weight. Nothing wrong with that. You can even put things down like, play professional football with your favorite team. You know that it is most likely never going to happen but put it down anyway. You can also list things for your house not just yourself such as, keep your apartment nicer. Something we can all do. Spend more time with my family, kids, friends etc. Your list is going to be all the things that you would like to improve or accomplish in the coming year. |
