Its easy to repair disc brakes.  You need to first get the wheel off. Jack up the car, using a professional jack, then use jack stands for safety to hold up the car. Using a star wrench, remove the lug nuts and put them in a safe place.  Remove the brake caliper and gently move it to the side by hanging on a coat hanger. Remove the rotor and replace it with a new one.  Place the new brake pads in the caliper and reattach to the rotor.  Put the wheel back on the car and tighten the lug nuts.  Slowly lower the car and you are ready to go!  Save time and money by doing this car repair yourself.  Once you've done it yourself, you will never pay to have it done again!
