Breakfast tastes great with this vegan tofu scramble. There are only a few basic ingredients. You will need one block of tofu that you have rinsed and drained. Blot the tofu dry with a paper towel and crumble it up into a heated non-stick skillet that has been coated with olive oil. Once the tofu is browned you will add a little granulated onion and some nutritional use flakes. The flakes will melt into the tofu. Add a little more olive oil to prevent the tofu from drying out and add your favorite vegetables. Let the vegetables cook on Med/High heat for 5-10 minutes. Add a little soy sauce and some white pepper and you have a great tofu scramble for breakfast. |
