In a large pan you want to coat the bottom with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Then add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1/8 to ¼ teaspoon of lemon pepper depending on how much of the greens you have. Add your raw greens with mustard dressing and let cook. Cover the pot to let the greens steam cook for about 5 minutes. Don’t let the greens get dark green as this means they have been over cooked. |
